Lucie's Natural Cleaning offers the highest-quality work with the most professional people.

We offer:

• One time cleaning
• Weekly/bi-weekly/monthly cleanings
• Move in/Move out - This includes washing all cabinets inside, the whole refrigerator, oven, windows in/out or tasks of your choice
• Deep cleaning - this is a basic cleaning in a heavy extend. Tasks picked by you as: Windows in/out, oven, refrigerator, walls washing, blinds washing, inside cabinets and more (all for additional charge)

  Laundry - one load per cleaning is free

   

  Basic check list for regular house cleaning:

  Bathrooms - scrub and disinfect sinks, toilets, tub and shower, shine and polish all mirrors, facets and glass doors. Clean and dust: light switches, all handles, towel hangers, window sills, light fixtures and baseboards. Wipe down cabinets on the outside. Fold towels, take our trash, clean and disinfect floor.

  Kitchens - clean and disinfect stove top, inside microwave, clean other appliances. Clean and disinfect sinks and counter tops. Wipe out shelves in fridge, clean back splashes. Clean and polish stainless steel appliances and cabinets on the outside. Fold towels, take out trash, clean window sills, clean floor.

  Living areas, bedrooms- dust and polish all wood furniture, glass and mirrors. Dust window sills, blinds, all room appearance, ceiling fans, picture frames, baseboards, light fixtures, remove cob webs. Fluff pillows, vacuum sofas, fold blankets, and make beds. Change linens if requested. Vacuum or wash floors. Clean or vacuum under bed in accessible. Light strengthening.

   

  Our staff always follows this basic check list. They are trained and experienced in this work. We don't push dirt around with standard mops. All areas are all hand dusted and washed.

  If you are interested in some other tasks that you didn't find in our services, let us know, we are open to any conversation and suggestions.

  We understand that every home has its specific needs. That is why we are commited in meeting our clients needs and flexible in working with you. If for some reason you are not satisfied with some part of our job, let us know and we will return and clean the area free of charge.

   

   

  Terms & conditions: These are a few things to avoid any further misunderstandings.

  Once a regular cleaning day and time is set, we ask at least 48 hours in advance notice for any cancelations. Last minute cancelations fee will apply otherwise ($35).

  We understand that emergency's occur, let us know just as soon as possible if that happens.

  Please note that we need some extra time sometimes to arrive at our destination. Special occasions, traffic, parking difficulties and so on... may prevent us from being exactly on time. Give us at least + - 30 min to arrive at your house.

  May parking fee exceed the amount of $5, the customer is responsible for any additional fee.

  We ask you to have your home ready for our cleaning crew, free of clutter, picked up, no piles of dishes to wash... that gives us space and time to perform the actual cleaning.
